We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what our warranty covers.
Tumblers
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our tumblers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your tumbler has a defect, we will replace it free of charge.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents from drops, fading, or damage from improper use or cleaning. For example, running your tumbler through a dishwasher may damage the finish and is not covered.
Electrolytes & Energy Drinks
Due to the consumable nature of our drink products, they are not covered under a traditional warranty. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or past its expiration date, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
How to Make a Claim
To start a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@cool.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo or video of the product showing the defect
We will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.
